The South Coast Water District Board of Directors holds regular meetings on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 6 pm in the City of Dana Point Council Chambers at 33282 Golden Lantern, Dana Point, CA 92629. You are welcome and encouraged to attend the regular Board meetings in person. You can also see our regular Board meetings online or on Cox Cable Television live on Channel 30 in Dana Point or live on Channel 855 in South Orange County. The meetings are rebroadcast on those channels on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Fridays. Special Meetings & Committee MeetingsSpecial Board meetings and monthly meetings of the Engineering & Operations Committee and the Administration & Finance Committee are held at the District’s main office at 31592 West Street, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. These meetings can also be seen live online via streaming video and can viewed any time online. Dates & PostingsThe days and times of our regular Board meetings are subject to change, particularly if they fall on or near a holiday. You may wish to call the District office at (949) 499-4555 before attending a meeting to confirm the date and time.
Board meeting agendas and staff reports are posted online about three to four days before the meeting. Approved meeting minutes are generally posted a month after the meetings. Public Notification of Board MeetingsIn addition to posting regular board meeting agendas online, we post the agendas at the public locations listed below three days in advance of the meeting. We also post special board meeting agendas at the same locations a day in advance of the meeting. In addition, we e-mail board meeting agendas to members of the public at their request.
