The Engineering Department has the overall responsibility for the planning, mapping, design, inspection, and construction of all new capital and private development potable water, recycled water, and sewer projects including major repairs and rehabilitation of all existing facilities as necessary. The Department successfully manages the District’s Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Network, as well as ensuring compliance with the District’s pretreatment/source control program.
