Welcome to the South Coast Water District’s Procurement page. The District procures all goods, non-professional and professional services, and construction work in accordance with the District’s Procurement Policy and applicable codes, statutes, and regulations.

The goal of the District’s Procurement Policy is to assist District staff in procuring quality goods and services at a cost-effective price and to provide a level playing field for our suppliers, contractors and consultants [vendors] when competing for opportunities to provide their goods or services.
