Every year, South Coast Water District awards $500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors who live in our service area and plan to attend college or a university. Our Board of Directors will decide the 2012 scholarship recipients in early May. Winners will be announced at their senior award ceremonies in May/June.

As the rainy season begins, now is the time to take a good look at your property for areas prone to erosion: bare soil, loose dirt, and slopes. Proactive steps now can prevent property damage later. At the same time, it will help keep City streets and storm drains free of dirt, mud and rocks that can cause flooding and adversely affect ocean water quality.
