The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has no impact on the quality of your drinking water. 

We are committed to providing reliable, uninterrupted service to our customers.

Beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, our offices and facilities will be closed to the public. Our offices and facilities will be staffed and available by telephone and email to answer your questions and service issues Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Our after-hours duty personnel is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist you by calling (949) 499-4555, ext. 0 for a water or sewer emergency.


  • Payments can be made online and via phone
  • You may mail your check or money order made payable to South Coast Water District in the pre-addressed envelope enclosed with your bill
  • Payments can also be made by calling our automated payment system at 1 (888) 754-8370
  • Two depository boxes are available 24 hours a day for check and money order payments. One box is located at the front driveway entrance to the Administrative Office, adjacent to the District sign. Our other box is located next to the District sign at our Southern Operations Office at 34152 Del Obispo in Dana Point


Board and Committee Meetings

Committee and Board meetings will be held as conference call meetings. Participants can follow the meeting via livestream, and District Directors, staff, and the public can participate via conference call. The details are as follows:

  • The Board and Committee Meeting will be live-streamed (our normal practice) and can be accessed by clicking on the link below:

  • You may submit any oral comments for public comments or any agenda item to the Clerk of the Board Jody Brennan at before the start time of the meeting and request that the comments be read into the meeting record.

  • You can submit comments to the Board and/or General Manager after the meeting to the Clerk of the Board who will ensure they are forwarded to the Board and/or General Manager.
  • Conference call numbers will be posted on the agenda along with a participant number,

Please know the District welcomes public input at our Board and Committee meetings and we welcome your participation by listening to the meeting via conference call from your home.
